Holistic Energy Routine is an integrative wellness exercise routine that combines gentle warm ups, easy to follow Ancient Breathing Exercises, Tai Chi, and MIndfulness Meditation to promote good health and wellness. It balances energy accumulation and circulation harmonizing mind, body, and spirit.
